Through our strategic location and advanced capabilities, we have been able to localize capacity and reduce delivery times greatly. Saudization is a high priority at Sawafi Borets. Currently having a Saudization rate of over 60%, our hiring strategy is focused on attracting, developing, and retaining potential local talents.
